Telecom regulator, Ofcom has published its latest complaint report with TalKTalk receiving
the most complaints of any ISP, for the fifth consecutive quarter while Virgin Media were
again the least complained about.

The mobile phone operator Everything Everywhere has submitted an application to Ofcom to use its existing spectrum to deliver 4G services this year, to bring material benefits including faster mobile broadband speeds and wider mobile broadband coverage in rural areas.

New prices that Openreach, BT’s wholesale access division, can charge communications providers for access to some of its main wholesale telecoms services were today set by Ofcom. Final prices remain unchanged from those notified to the EC last month.
